Today’s coffee was had at a cafe, as I wanted to conserve the amount of milk I had. For tomorrow is Good Friday, and most cafes will be closed. And since I have to work today, there’s not a great time to pick up some more. Although it’s only a half day for me as I do need to go the doctor. Nothing serious: just a routine prescription renewal. So it wouldn’t be too difficult to get some milk today. Nonetheless, avoiding the need to buy more milk was my motivation. Plus, despite the summary weather we still seem to be getting at this time of year, it was such a beautiful morning to be out: cool, clear, and still. So I wanted to make the most of it.

I rate the coffee a solid B: it was good, but not something to write home about. But what this cafe does well is a good coffee consistently. I rather that then getting a great coffee one day, only to have a terrible coffee the next.
